The food business of Ikhwan Food Industries  started on the 2006, when founder of Ikhwan Food realise the hope of becoming one of the leading halal food producer in Malaysia.

Ikhwan Food Industries aware that the producer of fish balls and fish cakes, which has only  monopoly by the Chinese as the largest producer and consumer.  Ikhwan Food Industries (IFI) want to position itself as a manufacturer that can compete in the local market.

Ikhwan Food Industries process and produce frozen products such as fish balls, squid balls, crab balls, vegetables balls, shrimp balls, chicken balls, beef balls, fish cakes and kuey teow and distribute to muslims.
